Refund policy

Refunds
Due to selling consumable products, we do not allow returns, however we will refund if:

  • Your order is substantially damaged (glass broken which in present in the consumable product).
  • Your order is lost within the NZ Couriers system (consultation must have taken place with NZ Couriers to confirm this) - only action this after 10 working days have passed of not receiving your order.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (from approval date). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pungentpukeko.co.nz.
